Christian Kids Craft Activities – Easter

Last year I was so loving it as Easter approached… I was just really loving and appreciating that our eldest child was really understanding and absorbing the real reason that we celebrate Easter.

On Good Friday and Easter Sunday he sat there in the Church and explained to us what was happening as the drama unfolded.  He asked us some more questions, yes, but he pretty much knew and understood the story and reason behind Easter – that Jesus suffered and then died on the Cross for us, so that we could be forgiven and be saved.  That the Easter Egg is to symbolise the Tomb, and that cross symbol on the hot cross bun reminds us that Jesus died for our sins.  I feel pretty special when I stop for a moment to think about it.

I have put together for you today, a list of links to Easter Craft Ideas that have been put together with the Christian Celebration of Easter in mind.
